Roped Climbing Walls

Bremgra Climbing boasts excellent walls maid and built by Walltopia one of the worlds foremost manufacturers of artificial climbing structures. The facilities cater for all levels of climber from absolute beginners to those wanting to tackle a real challenge.

THE MAIN AREA

The main area has 150 routes including slabs, vertical walls, steeper walls, overhang and Rocktopia simulated rock face. The focal point of the Main Area is the 14m high tower extending above the building roof surrounded by windows, other walls in the Main Area average 11m.

We aim to change our routes over a 6 month cycle to ensure that holds are clean and slime-free and there are always new challenges for our regulars to attempt.

The Main Area includes up to three auto belayers and a number of top ropes with a number of lines requiring leading skills. This area always has routes of a more accessible standard for ordinary mortals too and the Main Area slabs can be climbed by most beginners.

First time climber?

Anyone can try climbing… It’s the perfect antidote to boring gym regimes for adults and a great way to prove to kids that exercise is actually very exciting! Bremgra is fun, friendly and an awesome experience for all ages and abilities – if you’re looking for a new exciting challenge then indoor climbing is for you.

Humans have been climbing things to escape from wolves and other scary stuff for thousands of years so don’t let modern life suppress your natural instinct to climb. Conquer our high roped walls for an unbeatable sense of achievement. Or experience the freedom of climbing without using a rope in our low level bouldering areas. Have fun and keep fit!

BEGINNER’S AREA

You don’t have to be an expert climber to enjoy our facilities as we have areas designed for beginners and those who like to climb at a more modest standard.

The Beginner Wall is our quieter area dedicated to easier climbing and features laid-back walls, comfortable holds incorporating 7 lines of 6m and rubber flooring.
